Dining onboard will be a delectable experience, Eric our onboard chef is notably skilled having spent 16 years cooking in the high end restaurant and yachting industry. With his beautifully diverse cooking and imaginative presentation he will put together a menu based on guest preferences to ensure all mealtimes are thoroughly enjoyed by all.
The crew have received special training for the operating of all watersport equipment, it will be their pleasure to instruct correct and safe use of all
Crew are equipped with training licenses and are therefore able to instruct and give temporary jet ski licenses to clients during their stay onboard.
In 1998 Arnaud began his career as a captain and currently holds a master 3000GT. Since entering into this industry he has worked mainly on charter boats between 23 and 50 meters navigating in parts of the world such as the Mediterranean, Florida, Bahamas, Caribbean and South East Asia.
As the Mediterranean is Arnaud’s main residence, he is able to comfortably manage customers’ desires. His numerous connections facilitate organisation in many different situations from booking berths in the busiest of ports to mooring in some of the Mediterranean’s most scenic locations. He is also capable of providing up-to-date on-shore entertainment using his vast knowledge of different restaurants, nightlife, attractions and facilities i.e. hotel/spas.
Arnaud’s passion and motivation for his job shines through and his joy and cheerfulness reflects in his crew and guests. He believes it is vital for guests to be surrounded by a happy crew therefore has always taken the upmost care when forming his team.
His versatility as a helicopter pilot, jet-ski/Fly-board/water skiing instructor and experienced diver offers a wide range of activities. Finally, Arnaud’s flare for originality will be appreciated by all guests especially those looking for new experiences.
Eric grew up in the south of France and have been fortunate to travel a lot and spend the past 15 years cooking on yachts, restaurants and hotels.
His cooking is a fusion of flavors, his specialty is around Asian flavors like Thai beef or wagyu Xo Sauce Chu Hou, but also pasta with lobster, when the summer sun shows up. Come and share cooking culinary ideas !
Jessica has 7 years experience in the yachting industry, 5 of which have been spent working alongside Arnaud. She is a competent and dynamic Chief-Officer and her management of the deck department and team provides permanent cleanliness of facilities and ensures safety measures are considered with the upmost importance. Her ability to meet guests needs is limitless, her knowledge and enjoyment for watersports enables her to continuously provide a wide range of guest activities.
Violaine is 6 years experienced in the yachting industry after a strong experience in Hotels around the world. She did gradually step up from Stew position to Chief Stew and improve her service level. She is careful of every details; Her pleasant attitude makes guests feel relax and peaceful. She's is precise and delicate in the way to manage her interior team.
Stéphane has 5 years experience as an engineer, his previous experience and large input on this winters full re-fit has left him with extensive knowledge in all areas ensuring everything stays running smoothly.
Stéphane also has a passion for extreme sports such as kite surfing, speed riding and paragliding making him a motivated and enthusiastic participant during watersport activities.
Emiljia is a dynamic person used to high-end service. She use to travel a lot, likes contact with people and know how to satisfy our guests with her friendly and smart attitude. emilija is also keen and experienced for watertoys entertainment as she holds a jet-ski instructor certificate and has a wide knowledge of flyboard.
Caitlin performs her duties in the industry since 2014. She’s used to work also in a crew placement office which gives her a large overview of the job ; she’s bilingual english/french and likes meeting new persons thru the charter activity. Her smiling attitude provides wellness to our guests.
Emma is a young pretty lady ; she just started in the yachting business but her motivation and quick understanding of her tasks makes her already efficient. Emma is used to travel and thus familiar with many different cultures.
Chris started as deckhand one year ago. He’s a hard worker and loves performing his work in outdoor conditions. He likes sports and perform long training sessions on board with his colleague Steeve.
Steeve is keen for engineering and experienced in all deck tasks. He likes sharing watersports with guests. His sporting attitude provides ease and comfort for all yacht’s activity
